The Tucker Show is a private event for Tucker Powersports dealers and brand partners.

The show is not open to the public.

The start of the year is the perfect time for a dealership to plan for peak season and begin planning new inventory, events, marketing and more. The Tucker Show is an ideal for powersports dealers to kick off their season. Other reasons to attend:

  • Network with other dealers, brand representatives, and Tucker sales and executive teams in beautiful downtown Fort Worth, Texas
  • Discover new products and get first-hand information from the brands in attendance—in one location
  • Take advantage of some of the best buying opportunities of the year with pricing and programs that are only available at the Tucker Show
  • Attend dealer seminars on subjects such as social media, merchandising and display, and marketing to your customers
Is the 2020 show schedule different from previous years?2019-12-19T11:18:27-06:00

Yes. The feedback we received from our dealer surveys indicates that the end of the workweek is a difficult time for many dealers to be out of their stores. For this reason, we’ve moved the dealer days to Tuesday through Thursday (January 21–23) with show hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm daily.

As a result, dealers now have double the amount of time to visit with brands than in years passed. Dealers also have the option to attend over 60 educational presentation opportunities over three days at presentation theaters located in the show hall.

Additionally, following the close of each show day, dealers can join brand representatives and Tucker staff members at our 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm daily happy hours for networking opportunities, a meet and greet with entertainment and giveaways, and tasty beverages.

All three days are open to dealers.

Registration opens at 7:30 am outside the main show hall entrance.

Hall doors open at 8:00 am with first appointments starting promptly.

Education

With feedback received from dealers and vendors, the theme of the 2020 Tucker Show is Education. As a result, dealers have the opportunity to experience more vendor presentations and dealer workshops than ever before.

Brands attending will share their knowledge of merchandising, marketing initiatives, and technical product details.

For 2020, we’ve brought all the activities into the main exhibitor hall. All presentations, dining, and interaction now happen within the main show hall.

Additionally, with feedback from our dealers, for 2020, we’ve split the show floor into six main categories: Street, Offroad, UTV/ATV, V-twin, Helmet & Apparel, and Tires/Shop/Service (the same as our catalogs). Within each segment, there is no pipe and drape to split up the exhibitors. We’ve moved to an open floorplan to showcase each brand in a real-world representation of how each can be merchandised in the dealership.

In addition to the point of purchase options available from each brand, we’ll include custom brand-in-a-box slat wall displays that will be available after the show. The end result is even more time with brands and Tucker reps.

For the first time ever, a dedicated Tucker Show App will be used. The Tucker Show App is your source for real-time show info. As long as you have registered on tuckershow.com to attend the show, and provide us with a unique email address, we will be sending you an invite in the coming weeks to download the app.

Simply download the app for access to the show schedule, frequently asked questions, and a simple way to manage your time at the show.

The Tucker Show App.

Once you have access and have downloaded the app it will allow you to schedule meeting times with brands and ensure you utilize your valuable time efficiently. You can schedule appointments for you and your Tucker rep to visit with the brands you choose to meet with according to your personal schedule.

You can manage your time at the show, keep track of who you met with, and take valuable resources home in the form of educational materials from your brand appointments. The app allows you to optimize your time spent at the show by scheduling appointments in advance (up to 30 minutes per brand).

Best of all, your rep will personally work with you to schedule your appointments for you.

The Tucker Show App or visit our Tucker Show Presentation Schedule page.

Once you have access and have downloaded the app, it will provide a full schedule of guest and brand speaker presentations. With 60 educational presentation opportunities over three days, coordinate brand appointments and presentations each day according to your personal calendar.

Please Note: space is limited for speaker presentations, so we suggest you reserve your spot in advance using the Tucker Show App.

Can I qualify for airfare and hotel accommodations reimbursements for the Tucker Show?2019-12-19T11:14:07-06:00

Yes, through the Ticket 2 Ride Program, we’ve made it easier than ever to get to the Tucker Show.

The Ticket 2 Ride Program started on September 1st and runs through January 31st, and includes any qualifying purchases at the show. With the highest number of brands involved in the program (138), and five months to earn your way, it’s easier than ever to qualify for a Ticket 2 Ride reimbursement. Purchase any combination of the 138 participating brands from September 1st to January 31st (including purchases at the Show) to hit a Ticket 2 Ride reimbursement level towards airfare and hotel accommodations.

Dealer must attend the Tucker Show in January to receive qualifying reimbursement.

There are many hotel accommodations in and around the Fort Worth Convention Center, as well as the surrounding DFW area. We do have a few hotels that are offering discounts to those attending the Tucker Show, and they can be found on our Hotel Discounts* page.

Yes. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks are provided each day, with grab and go meals available from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm daily.

For dinner, attendees are encouraged to visit one of the many fine restaurants in downtown Fort Worth.

Happy Hours take place daily from 5:00 pm to 7:00.

During happy hours we’ll serve select cocktails, and brands will still be available for scheduled appointments. Or you can just hang out with industry friends, have a tasty beverage, and enjoy fun entertainment activities each night.

This is your opportunity to get to know brand representatives and fellow dealers over a drink or continue with your business conversations via appointments. See the Tucker Show App for each day’s happy hour entertainment.

Is there a dress code?2019-12-19T11:03:16-06:00

Although there is no formal set dress code, we ask that any logos or sayings on apparel be in good taste.

Temperatures in the convention center may fluctuate, so we advise dressing in layers.
